1. Introduction 24 Carat Creative Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a corporation registered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, operates the website healthyxwealthy.com, all subdomains (including superhuman.healthyxwealthy.com), and related services (collectively the “Healthy Wealthy Platform” or “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit the Platform, purchase digital products, book coaching, complete assessments, or otherwise interact with us.

We are committed to full compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and all other applicable privacy laws worldwide.

• Payment: processed securely by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.); we do not store full card numbers
• Coaching & Assessment: voluntary health, wellness, nervous-system, energy, or lifestyle information you provide in forms or sessions
• Communications: messages, support tickets, survey responses

Automatically Collected Data

• Device and usage: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent
• Cookies and tracking technologies (detailed in Section 10)

Sensitive Information Any health-related data you voluntarily share is treated with the highest level of protection. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and do not provide medical advice or treatment. Coaching and digital products are for educational and performance purposes only.

Canada has received an adequacy decision from the European Commission under PIPEDA for commercial organizations. For any transfers outside these jurisdictions we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.

8. Data Security We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, regular audits). No method is 100 % secure, but we treat your data as if our own empire depends on it — because it does.

9. Data Retention We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law. When no longer needed we securely delete or anonymize it.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies We use essential cookies (site functionality), analytics (Google Analytics), performance (conversion tracking), and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, etc.).

Canadian Residents (PIPEDA) You may access or challenge the accuracy of your information and withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).

12. Children’s Privacy The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we have, we delete it immediately.

13. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
