In 2020, a car accident and burnout left me in chronic pain and bloating, and nearly blind in one eye, shattering my paradigm as a high-functioning athlete. My hormones were all over the place, gaining fat, and my health was out of control.

None of my doctors knew what was wrong and provided useless blanket diagnoses, such as SIBO, and offered antidepressants. In despair, I realized that no one was coming to save me, so I decided to take charge of my own recovery.

I drew on a decade of biohacking wisdom to heal naturally, with the support of my doctors. I drove my healing process and started asking bold questions to rebuild my nervous system and forge a new identity. As if my whole life had prepared me for this fight, I recognized why the system is broken and discovered that there’s a better way to heal.

As a serial tech entrepreneur, creative strategist, writer, and columnist, I'm also an athlete who prioritizes work/life balance. I taught herself how to code + design at nine and runs a full-service digital consulting agency and coaches as a way of giving back.
